OneSchool Global is one of the world’s largest and most globally connected education networks, with over 120 campuses across 20 countries and more than 8,000 students.

We were brought in to support the design and delivery of a large-scale event in Birmingham, bringing together 800 of their UK-based teachers for a key moment of connection and alignment.
​
We coordinated an action-packed two-day event with a conference, expo, networking events - accommodating staff across 8 hotels. It was an ambitious task, but with our expertise, we managed to bring it all together under budget and in style.
​
Organising an event of this scale across two jam-packed days with hundreds of staff and delegates needed careful planning, flawless execution, and a whole lot of coordination.
We had to create an experience that would be smooth, memorable, and meet One School Global's high expectations, all while staying under budget.

This event succeeded because every element was carefully aligned to what One School Global needed, from the scale and structure through to the finer operational details. Managing a programme of this size meant balancing multiple moving parts without losing clarity, ensuring the experience felt seamless for both organisers and attendees.
